Individual Buyers and Suppliers may require minor changes to these contractual procedures.
Requirements of DJD International
LOI + banking coordinates must be received by DJD International before we issue a FCO.
LOI must contain full, verifiable contact and banking details of the buyer.
LOI must be dated within 7 days. LOI older than 7 days will not be acceptable.
Target price must be stated within LOI.
LOI must contain shipment destination. Destination must be any safe world port (ASWP) and not sanctioned.
LOI must be signed and sealed on buyer's letterhead.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
3 Month Standby Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee (SBLC/BG) and TTs and monthly payments by MT103
1 Month Standby Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee(SBLC/BG) and monthly revolving SBLC or MT103
Fully funded revolving Standby Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee (SBLC/BG)
